If you receive a package from me that includes plastic (bubble wrap or padding) you can be sure of the fact that it is reused material. I collect and repurpose packaging to make as little impact on the environment as possible.

Tax & Duties

Please note that I am not responsible for local taxes or customs duties when shipping outside of Australia. These charges and policies vary from country to country. I am unable to determine or predict what these charges may be so I would advise you to contact your local customs office to get more information before you place an order.

I'm happy to offer free pickup for all of you that live locally. Please select the shipping option ‘pick up’ and I will be in touch to discuss a date and time that works for the both of us.

Returns & Exchanges

Please be mindful that all sales are considered final. I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless you received a broken item.

If this is the case please get in touch within 3 days from delivery via email at hello@magaliceramics.com, include your order number and a photo of the damages goods.

Care & Use

All my ceramics are handmade and therefore require a little more care.

Everything is dishwasher safe, however regular use may effect colour and gloss of your wares. I would recommend washing them by hand to preserve their appearance. Although handmade ceramics are oven and microwave safe, I recommend keeping treating them with care as thermal shock may cause cracks. Avoid heavy handed use when temperature differences occur.

Over time, handmade ceramics will likely show small scratches and cutlery marks, this is very normal. These marks can be removed with a mixture of warm soapy water and baking soda. Alternatively, you can use commercial stoneware cleaners.
